What is HIIT? Hiit is an acronym for High Intesity Interval Training. These workouts run up to 20 minutes with a 10 minute stretch with cool down.

The program I have designed for you will incorporate cardio and strength training, as well as, stretching into the sequence of immediately following the routine to lessen muscle soreness.

Class Schedule: Mornings: 5am & 6am      Evenings: 5:30pm

in addition to classes we also have a healthy eating book night and movie night to help you stay on the right track and not fall back into bad habits.

HIIT Class Fees:

$30 per week: trying it out with no commitment.

$90 per month: month to month no commitment.

$80 per month: for a 3, 6 or 12 month commitment



Massage Sessions for HIIT Participants: One one-hour session for HIIT students is $60. Must be used within the months that you paid for. (Only available for clients who commit and pre-pay for 3,6, or 12 months).
