CUPPING INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE THERAPY - Cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system. It is often used to relieve back and neck pain, stiff and fatigued muscles as well as lesson the effects of migranes and even cellulite. Cupping is offered with Integrative and Sport Massage at no additional cost.

MedLight Session - The Narrow Band, Near Infra Red Energy and Therapy Device will help eliminate pain from arthritis, muscle spasm, joint pain, and relieve stiffness. Promotes relaxation of muscle tissue while it temporarily increases local blood circulation. Offered with Integrative massage at no additional cost.

Foot Massage - $40 (30 Min) $70 (1-Hour)

Beyond feeling good, this practice and purpose goes deeper than the skin and muscles by taking specific reflex points on the foot to induce a healing response in corresponding organs and areas of the body. The benefits: assists your body in eliminating toxins, boosts the immune system, increases circulation, promotes healing & balances energy.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy - $70 (1-Hour) $100 (1 1/2-Hours)

Nancy received her Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certification through Academy of Lymphatic Studies, trained in the Vodder technique. It is a very gentle technique that helps push fluids through our lymphatic system, thus reducing inflammation, removing toxins and wastes, and boosting our immune system.

This is extremely useful to alleiviate pain for those who suffer with lymphedema, allergies, fibromyalgia as well as frequent fliers

POST SURGERY Lymphatic Drainage - $80 (1-Hour)  $110 (1 1/2 Hours)

If you have recently undergone a LIPO 360, BBL, Tummy Tuck or other related surgeries, this session is for you!

Prenatal Massage - $70 (1-Hour)

Studies indicate that massage therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pain, regulate hormone levels, reduce swelling/edema, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. Swedish massage techniques are used as it aims to relax muscle tension and improve lymphatic flow through mild pressure and addresses many common discomforts associated with the skeletal and circulatory changes brought on by hormone shifts.

Sweats ON - $70 (1-Hour)
You read that right! Sweats ON! Don't want the lotion or oils but want the relief you get from a regular massage? This is an hour Full-Body stretch with Compression Massage leaving you feeling relaxed, energized, pain free and ready to take on the day! (or night).

Swedish Massage -  $45- (30 Mins)     $70 (1-Hour)                  $100 (1 1/2-Hours)

Swedish Massage uses longer strides with gentle kneading to ease the muscles back to optimal health taping into the parasympathetic nervous system to facilitate optimal relaxation and muscle recovery.

INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE - $45 (30 Mins) $80 (1-Hour) $110 (1 1/2-Hours)
This session addresses and targets the needs of each muscle group using Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage techniques while incorporating stretching and range of motion movements to facilitate muscle restoration. Med-Light therapy and cupping may be used during this session if needed, at no additional cost.

Deep Tissue - $90 (1-Hour)

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.


Couples Massage - $140 (1-Hour) *must call to schedule appointment

Oncology Massage

Oncology Massage - $60 (1-Hour)

Research shows that massage has an astounding therapeutic value, and that's equally true for its use with cancer challenges. Oncology massage can assist pre- or post-operative period, during chemotherapy and radiation, recovery and most assuredly remission times. Possible benefits include: Reduction of stress, fatigue, nausea and anxiety, as well as, improved sleep and pain. Our therapist has received her course completion through Tracy Walton and Assoc.
