Oh My Aching Head Massage - $30 (30 Mins)

A must if you are on of the millions who suffer from migraines or headaches due to stress and pollen. A light-touch method is used to restore proper function and flow of fluids.

Foot Massage - $40 (30 Min) $70 (1-Hour)

Beyond feeling good, this practice and purpose goes deeper than the skin and muscles by taking specific reflex points on the foot to induce a healing response in corresponding organs and areas of the body. The benefits: assists your body in eliminating toxins, boosts the immune system, increases circulation, promotes healing & balances energy.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage - $60 (1-Hour)

NanEll has received her Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certification through Academy of Lymphatic Studies, trained in the Vodder technique. This modality promotes healthy lymph drainage using gentle pressure and specific hand movements to alleviate swelling and the pain associated with it. Extremely useful for: Frequent Fliers, Fibromyalgia sufferers, Imobile people, Athletes who experience swelling, Post-surgery clients.

Prenatal Massage - $60 (1-Hour)

Studies indicate that massage therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pain, regulate hormone levels, reduce swelling/edema, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. Swedish massage techniques are used as it aims to relax muscle tension and improve lymphatic flow through mild pressure and addresses many common discomforts associated with the skeletal and circulatory changes brought on by hormone shifts.

Swedish Massage uses longer strides with gentle kneading to ease the muscles back to optimal health taping into the parasympathetic nervous system to facilitate optimal relaxation and muscle recovery.

Deep Tissue - $90 (1-Hour)

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Integrative Massage - $45 (30 Mins)  $80 (1-Hour)

This session addresses and targets the needs of each muscle group using Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage techniques while incorporating stretching and range of motion movements to facilitate muscle restoration. Med-Light therapy and cupping may be used during this session if needed, at no additional cost.

Sweats ON - $45 (30 Mins) $80 (1-Hour)

You read that right! Sweats ON! Don't want the lotion or oils but want the relief you get from a regular massage? This is an hour Full-Body stretch with Compression Massage leaving you feeling relaxed, energized, pain free and ready to take on the day! (or night).

MedLight Session - $35 (30 Mins)

The Narrow Band, Near Infra Red Energy and Therapy Device will help eliminate pain from arthritis, muscle spasm, joint pain, and relieve stiffness. Promotes relaxation of muscle tissue while it temporarily increases local blood circulation.

Four-Hands - $60 (30-Min) $120 (1-Hour)*

This is a powerful treatment for anyone who has a hard time letting go during sessions. With 4 hands you will receive double the relaxation and tension relief in half the time. Kay and NanEll work simultaneously using Swedish, Neuromuscular, &/or Deep Tissue Techniques to relieve any stress throughout the body.

Oncology Massage - $60 (1-Hour)

Research shows that massage has an astounding therapeutic value, and that's equally true for its use with cancer challenges. Oncology massage can assist pre- or post-operative period, during chemotherapy and radiation, recovery and most assuredly remission times. Possible benefits include: Reduction of stress, fatigue, nausea and anxiety, as well as, improved sleep and pain. Our therapist has received her course completion through Tracy Walton and Assoc.
