I longed to connect with others but I did not know how. From an early age loving without an open heart to be loved in return. Learning how to connect, share, open up and become vulnerable has been a life long journey that I am more focused on now than ever before. I have a love for equestrian Vaulting and therapeutic horseback riding. I have experience working in the mental health field as a certified peer specialist and teaching Whole Health Action Management classes. My strong desire to help others has pushed me further into finding myself. Now as a certified yoga instructor it is my hope to share the skills I have developed to enhance your greatness and strengths as well. Finding peace of heart, mind, body and soul is a priceless gift and I believe yoga will be your guide as it has been mine.

Hatha yoga is any type of yoga that teaches physical postures. You will get a gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures. You probably won't work up much of a sweat in this yoga class, but you will end up leaving class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed.
Yin yoga or Restorative yoga is a delicious way to relax, soothe frayed nerves and lessen pain. Yin classes allow students to glide into passive poses so the body can experience the benefits of a pose without having to exert much effort. A restorative class is more rejuvenating than a nap and just about everyone could use some profound rest.
Classes provide relief from back pain, neck pains, lessen minor aches and provides you with a moment to relax.
Recommended: Do not eat and drink water or herbal tea only 1-1/2 hour before any session.
