Meet Nancy

Nancy was born and raised in Massachusetts until she relocated to Gainesville, Florida in pursuit of answers and dreams. She’s lived in a few other states along the east coast including Nashville Tennessee and Baltimore Maryland but has resided here in the Conyers/Covington area for half her life.


Nancy has held many hats over the years: homeschool mom, restaurateur, CNA – certified nursing assistant, tutor for handicapped and mentally challenged children and adults, just to name a few. She became enlightened to the healing nature of Therapeutic Massage while working with the elderly as a CNA and entered Georgia Massage School in Suwanee, Ga where she graduated and completed her State Boards in 2017.


Nancy holds certifications as a personal trainer and weight loss specialist through NASM – National Association of Sports Medicine. She is certified in Oncology Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy, Thai Stretch and Medical Massage.

Meet Kay

Kay was born in Baltimore Maryland but raised in Conyers since she was one year old. Kay was homeschooled and as such had the opportunity to volunteer at Equestrian Farms, spent years as a personal nanny, participated in the Georgia Piano Guild and worked at the family restaurant.

She spent many years as a CNA – certified nursing assistant helping people in their homes and various facilities.


Her desire to help others brought her to Georgia Massage School where she graduated and passed her state boards in 2018.

Kay specializes in Swedish, Integrative, stretching and deep tissue/sports and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage.She spent many years as a CNA – certified nursing assistant helping people in their homes and various facilities.

Meet Kene

Meet Mary

Born and raised in southern California, her teen years brought her to Gainesville Florida where she joined and served as a marine for four years. One of her adventures brought her to Okinawa introducing her to alternative ways of healing. Little did she know at that time that her desire to help herself , her family and others through different ways of healing would continue upon her return to the states.



Mary is a Master Reiki Therapist and Certified Sound Bowl Meditation Specialist.
